Metrics explained
Elo rating
A dynamic rating system based on competition placings. Higher values indicate stronger and more consistent performance.
Win rate
Percentage of competitions where the athlete achieved first place.
Consistency index
Measures variance in placings. Higher values indicate more consistent results.
Frequently asked questions
Where does the data come from?
We currently use data from Wikipedia & bodybuilding forums/magazines for the MVP phase. In the future, we will integrate official contest data from established organizations.
How often is the data updated?
Once real data is integrated, updates will happen shortly after competitions conclude. The current MVP shows snapshot data.
Can I add my own data?
Not in the MVP phase. An admin panel for data entry is a planned future feature.
Is the platform free?
Yes, Bodybuilding Stats is free to access for all users.
